Statement

In our communication with a US-based individual seller (herein referred as ‘ATK’), we have always maintained professionalism and the basic honesty level required for a transaction. Upon noticing their evident lack of market knowledge regarding the Chinese PR Black Dragon shirt, we provided them with relevant professional information and made a reasonable offer. Unfortunately, we were disheartened to discover that they, lacking both the necessary expertise and basic business respect, assumed that we lacked integrity and trust. This led them to make ill-informed and unreasonable offers, accompanied by inappropriate behaviour.

Since our establishment, we have had the privilege of working with many well-known and reputable retailers in the UK, and this situation does not align with the type of transaction we envision. Our expectation for any business partner is to act with integrity, and we reject any form of improper conduct or abuse. FSM will continue to uphold professionalism, equal trade, and respect in all of our dealings.
