Born in Tbilisi, the Georgian winger began his career with Dinamo Tbilisi, a club famous for a production line which includes talents such as Temur Ketsbaia, Shota Arveladze and Giorgi Kinkladze. In the summer of 2022, Napoli signed Kvaratskhelia from Georgian club Dinamo Batumi for around €12 million. In his first season in Italy he scored 14 goals in all competitions and helped Napoli to end their 33 year wait for a Scudetto. The winger saw his stock rise considerably during his time in Naples which resulted in Kvaratskhelia securing an €80 million move to PSG in January 2025.
